SPECIAL NOTE :
Rates are subject to change. Rental Rates go up by 25% if event passes 10pm. (Certain day/dates such as Diwali, Thanksgiving, Christmas, new years eve etc. rates might be different then mentioned on the website - and certain packages are mandatory on holiday events). No rental is confirmed until a rental agreement is signed and deposit is made directly to the Academy of Creative Arts. The only staff authorized to confirm any rental are the founders Hetal & Java or the ACA Office Admins. Also if you are planning to have live sound or a movie screening hiring an ACA approved sound engineer is mandatory.

Rent Small 800 sq.ft studio to a Large 4000 sq.ft hall with 24' high ceilings for your next gathering. Our facility is equipped with full size stage, 20ft x 10ft LED Wall, state of the art acoustics & audio system, flexible setup options for chairs and tables.
Rental rates range from $65 to $250/hr
DANCE STUDIOS RENTAL
Whether you are looking to host a birthday party, a corporate event, karaoke night or an evening with friends and family... We also have multiple dance floors that you can use for practices or performances... we have just the right facilities, amenities and ambiance to make the event even more special...
Rehearsal Dance Floor Rental Starts @ $35/hr (Not for paid classes)
Regular Rental rates range from $45 to $95/hr
