IN-PERSON HINDUSTANI VOCAL CLASSES FOR KIDS & ADULTS

SESSION FORMAT

  • CLASS TIMINGS:

    • SAT 10 - 11 AM (ALL AGES)

    • SAT 11 - 12 PM (ALL AGES)

    • SAT 12 - 1 PM (ALL AGES)

    • WED 5:30 - 6.30 PM (ALL AGES)

  • FEES: $160 for 4-week session (VENMO - https://venmo.com/acaboston)

  • DURATION: 45-minute class every week - 15 mins for post class parent/student interactions

  • Private 1-1 classes also available on request - Email - info@academyofcreativearts.com

2 PROGRAMS TO FIT YOUR NEEDS:

VOICE CULTURE TRAINING:

  • Vocal warm-up and breath control

  • Pitch and tone perfection

  • Voice projection techniques

  • Foundational voice exercises to build a confident singing voice

LIGHT MUSIC / SEMI-CLASSICAL:

  • Foundational vocal warm-ups

  • Simple Alankar (pattern) exercises

  • Introduction to Semi-classical (Gujarati Sugam Sangeet) and/or Hindi Ghazals 

  • Soulful Bhajans and expressive light compositions


FLEXIBLE TIMING - OPTIONS AVAILABLE

  • Weekend morning & weekday late evening options also available

  • Time slots for 1-1 sessions can be scheduled based on availability of both student and teacher.

Payment and Missed Class Policy:

Training requires consistency in order to achieve the most benefit. However, we understand that students may occasionally need to miss a class. Use the following guidelines to ensure that you get the most out of your classes at The Academy of Creative Arts. 

  1. Your fees are due on or before the first day of the class and are charged on a monthly basis.

  2. Payment may be made by cash, check, credit card or recurring automatic payments

  3. If you pay for several weeks in advance and cannot complete all weeks, we will refund weeks not used when notice is received 48 hours before beginning of the week

  4. If you or your child plan to miss a class - 48 hour advance notice is required - so another student can be accommodated - if the student does not provide 48 hour notice and does not attend the session 50% of the fees will be refunded. If the student attends part of the program and misses the rest, the student will not be eligible for any refund.

  5. Class timings and schedule are subject to change

  6. If your child is disruptive and impacts the ability to learn for other students - we may request parents to un-enroll the child from the class for a safe and fun learning experience & environment for all the other students in the class.
