Payment and Missed Class Policy:

Training requires consistency in order to achieve the most benefit. However, we understand that students may occasionally need to miss a class. Use the following guidelines below to ensure that you get the most out of your classes at The Academy of Creative Arts.

  1. Your fees are due on or before the first class in a month.

  2. Payment may be made by Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp. Credit card payments are also accepted either online (through the website) or in person at the front desk.

  3. Each payment provides four classes worth of tuition, with classes running weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

  4. Students are expected to attend class on a weekly/regular basis, as seating is limited so that the instructor can provide 1:1 lessons with each student, and the class is highly sought after.

  5. Your monthly fee pays for your space in class for the month. It is your responsibility to make up classes if you or your child miss the class.

  6. If you or your child plan to miss a class - 48 hour advance notice is required - so another student can be accommodated in their place. If a student cannot attend one of the four classes (please remember to email if your child will be missing class.), we do not deduct from their paid-for classes. We call this "carry-over". Carry-over classes are not unlimited, as students are expected to attend class regularly. We will only allow for one carry-over class per month. Students who have missed two consecutive classes may be removed from the roster unless otherwise discussed with the instructor.

  7. One makeup class will be offered each month. During any month that you are enrolled, you may make up a class by attending any other appropriate session (please coordinate with the instructor for scheduling the make up class). Make up classes should be completed within 60 days of missing the class. Fees for missed classes are not refundable.

  8. If you are having trouble scheduling a make up class, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

  9. If your child will not be attending class on a weekly basis, we will remove their names from the roster to open up seats to waitlisted students. They could still attend class as a "Drop In" ($40 per class) and to do that we ask that you check with us prior to coming in (either by phone call or email) so we could ensure there would be space for them on that day/time.

  10. Class timings and schedule are subject to change

  11. If your child is disruptive and impacts the ability to learn for other students - we may request parents to un-enroll the child from the class to better provide a safe and fun learning experience & environment for all the other students in the class.

We wish you a wonderful learning experience - these policies are required so that we can be respectful of the instructors time and commitment.
