About Sonali - Being born and brought up in India has made me a huge fan of Bollywood and Bollywood style dancing. I am an MBA (Hr specialist), painter and in love with dancing for as long as I remember. I have been dancing from the age of 5 and have performed on stage during various cultural events at school, college and until recently with my friends. Growing up Bollywood songs and dance has been a very integral part of my life and just love everything about it. Bollywood is full of fun, energy, and swag.

I have a passion for dance and fitness, and the combination of both of this is BollyX(best thing ever). I am very excited to be a BollyX instructor and unleash my inner ROCKSTAR!!!!!

We all have a rockstar within us and with the BollyX workout, you get to be one for REAL!!!!! So come and join me at the BollyX Party.

About Aditi - I was born and raised in the Boston area. I’ve had a soft spot for dance from my first days of college and it’s been a pretty consistent passion of mine since! I’ve been part of a few competitive dance teams from UMass Amherst, performing at Smith College, Holyoke College as well as Harvard University. After graduating, I knew I was going to miss dance as part of a weekly workout routine after a 4-year habit. I was encouraged to audition and I was fortunate enough to become a competitive member of Boston University’s Bhangra team. Although I was only with them for a few competitions, it was so much fun to be a part of their energy, their liveliness and their commitment to perform.

Fast forward a few years later, I switched from competitive dancing to recreational dancing among Boston’s community events including Diwali celebrations at MIT and India’s Independence Day at the Hatch Shell!

Even today, I’m always looking for engaging ways to stay active with a sense of sanity and fun in my schedule. I was so excited to stumble upon BollyX to help pursue this, and I’m so grateful to continue with those dancing vibes among the community yet again! Can’t wait to share some fun experiences with you and get in a solid workout together!

Your heart rate will soar and you will sweat, all while dancing and singing to the top hits from Bollywood in this class! The adrenaline rush you feel as you perform and pose in a BollyX LIT class is like no other. Come join us on the “movie set” as you unleash your inner rockstar LIT-style.

About BollyX HIIT (HIIT High impact interval training) :

BollyX HIIT comes in 30-minute and 50-minute classes, and each of them get your heart rate pumping in a short amount of time. The class format starts with a warm-up song, followed by increasingly faster paced songs, transitions into a cool-down song and eases into a dynamic stretching finale. This HIIT format is great for everyone and can be customized to suit individuals' needs. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're already an experienced fitness guru, BollyX HIIT has something in store for you. Dynamic stretching, lower body strengthening, and upper body strengthening are all accomplished through Bollywood beats so you don’t even realize you’re getting in a complete workout! And by the time you do, class is over, you had an amazing time dancing and you’re reaching for your water bottle and already looking forward to when the next class is!
