Rates (2016-2017):
- 1 Block - $129/month
- 2 Blocks- $195/month
- 3 Blocks - $276/month
- 4 Blocks - $343/month
- 5 Blocks - $409/month
- 6 Blocks - $458/month

The Academy of Creative Arts was founded with the intent to provide extracurricular education to children while making the parents’ experience as convenient as possible. We understand that children’s rigid schedules during the school year can be taxing for parents. With this consideration in mind, the academy has developed an after-school program in order to mediate the oftentimes conflicting schedules of parents and their children.
Our extended day program is designed to offer a safe and fun environment for kindergarten and elementary school students from the hours of 3PM ~ 6PM. The program is open to children of residents from all neighboring towns, including but not limited to Burlington, Lexington, Woburn, and Belmont.
As our facility houses 20+ programs under one roof, children will be placed in an optimal environment that exposes them to a diverse range of artistic and academic programs. Our goal is not only to alleviate parents’ burden and streamline schedules for all, but also to simultaneously provide children with the proactive mental and social stimulation they deserve in order to become competent, confident, and productive from a young age. Students will be kept busy with various team-building and individual activities, and are given the opportunity to build friendships outside of school.
Additionally, our building is located in a secure, quiet area and is tucked away from major traffic. Parking is spacious and plentiful.
Rest assured that your children will be safe, supervised, and socially stimulated while they are at the after-school day program. It is recommended that children bring a snack, but snacks are also available for purchase at the academy. Please read the information below for more specifics about the program.
Payment and Missed Class Policy:
Training requires consistency in order to achieve the most benefit. However, we understand that students may occasionally need to miss a class. Use the following guidelines to ensure that you get the most out of your classes at The Academy of Creative Arts.
Your fees are due on or before the first day of the camp, the extended day payments can be made on the last day the student attends the program
- Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card
- If you pay for several weeks in advance and cannot complete all weeks, we will refund weeks not used when notice is received 48 hours before beginning of the week
- If you or your child plan to miss a class - 48 hour advance notice is required - so another student can be accommodated - if the student does not provide 48 hour notice and does not attend the session 50% of the fees will be refunded. If the student attends part of the camp and misses the rest, the student will not be eligible for any refund.
