  • $50 per month (Attend 8 classes per month)

  • $35 - 5 classes (Attend any 5 classes per month)

Our goal is to make sure our practitioners are not only experiencing Yoga for time-being but truly inhaling the practices, and we go above and beyond to transform their lives. I strive to make the world a happier, healthier place by spreading the message of yoga and enabling more people to spread this gift of wellbeing.

We truly believe that yoga is for everyone. Saying that, Attention to detail is the main motto of Myntra. Whether you are a beginner, advanced practitioner finding a room for improvement, An expecting mom, A senior citizen looking for easy access or looking to enhance your physical and emotional state. Yoga has tremendous healing powers, If it is utilized and taught in the right manner. Personalized attention to our each client is our moral value.

Founded by Juhi Mehta Desai, Myntra yoga is created to encourage our practitioners for a healthy and positive living while creating unity of mind, body and soul. Yoga is really the art of waking up, By drawing our senses of perception inwards, we are able to live with enlightenment!

Hatha Yoga:

Hatha yoga is a foundational traditional practice.

Hatha Yoga stems from a deep understanding of the mechanics of the body, and uses Yoga asanas to enable the system to sustain higher levels of energy. Also a great place to start for beginners because it focuses on foundational postures and flows at a comfortable pace. By practicing this profound science, one can change and enhance the way one thinks, feels, and experiences life.

Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes of breathing, yoga poses, and relaxation.

Power Yoga:

Power yoga is great combination of traditional set of asanas - combination of Hatha and Ashtanga, being taught in fast-paced manner.

This combination combined with breathing works out extremely well for those who are looking for Yoga for weight loss purpose while building their strength and flexibility. A very enjoyable session where people until their mid age enjoy participating as a group.

Power yoga also brings good posture, and mental focus. Like all physical activities, it also relieves tension and releases toxins through sweat. Because it is rigorous, It burns more calories than most other forms of exercises and most effective option for faster weight loss.

Sun Salutation:

Sun Salutation is one of the most important yoga practices. The practice of Sun Salutation awakens the body intelligence to create energy directly from the sun. 

This morning practice is designed to work on all body parts, every organ, every system and every chakra. It is also believed to be the most efficient way to connect with our core inner strength.

In our Tuesday's class based on Surya Namaskar flow we make sure to make the practice as comfortable as possible for beginners to advance level practitioners. 

Combined with Pranayam and small meditation the practice tends to offer maximum benefits to our yogis.

Juhi has worked as an IT professional in fortune 100 companies for the past 10 years. She has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stevens Tech, USA. She has always been passionate about maintaining good health with diet and physical activities and has an extensive background in dance and fitness. While practicing Yoga through her pregnancy- She awakened her soul to a higher self. Not only it had miraculously benefited herself but also to her growing baby. This transition inspired her to switch her careers and She inclined herself to find a way through harmony between mind, body & soul - A state where one is Free of all sorts of Mental and physical sufferings.

She also recevied special traitings in Yoga Therapy from Integral Yoga Institute, New York and Prenatal Yoga Training from yoga education Institute, Los Angeles.

She welcomes you all to this space created by her - hoping to share the wisdom with all of you to create a Positive circle of our mind and body!

Payment and Missed Class Policy:

Training requires consistency in order to achieve the most benefit. However, we understand that students may occasionally need to miss a class. Use the following guidelines to ensure that you get the most out of your classes at The Academy of Creative Arts. 

  1. Your fees are due on or before the first class in a month

  2. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card

  3. If you pay for several months in advance and cannot complete all months, we will refund months not used when notice is received before the beginning of the month

  4. If you or your child plan to miss a class - 48 hour advance notice is required - so another student can be accommodated - if the student does not provide 48 hour notice, student can coordinate the make-up class with the instructor.

  5. Your monthly fee pays for your space in class for the month. It is your responsibility to make up classes if you or your child miss the class.

  6. One makeup class will be offered each month. During any month that you are enrolled, you may make up a class by attending any other appropriate session (please coordinate with the instructor for scheduling the make up class). Make up classes should be completed within 60 days of missing the class. Fees for missed classes are not refundable.

  7. If you are having trouble scheduling a make up class, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you

  8. Class timings and schedule are subject to change
